Q2. Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A:We are a factory with advanced equipment and unique design capabilities. Our factory is located in Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province. We were established in 2010 and specialize in producing faucet factories.

Q3. How many years quality guarantee for your faucets?
A: We provide 5 years quality guarantee. During warranty, once you receive the goods and find any quality problem, please try to provide us as many pictures or videos as possible to show how is the problem. If problem is caused by production defect, we will provide free spare parts for replacement. If product can't be repaired, we will compensate a new one. We always take our responsibility.

Q4. What is your MOQ?
A: We can provide even only 1 pc of faucet. Please kindly contact us for more details.

Q5. Can your factory print our logo/brand on the product?
A: Our factory can laser print your logo on the product with your permission. Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer's logo on the products.

Q6. Can we get a sample for test?
A: Sure, all product samples are available for you. But the sample cost and freight have to be charged. Sample cost can be refunded when you place official batch order and order amount is more than US$10,000.

Q7: How about your design ability? Do you offer OEM service?
A: We have our own design team and R&D department. We provide professional OEM & ODM service for thousands of cooperative partners. We can sign confidentiality agreement 'business secret contract' to protect your own designs.

A: Small trial order is also welcomed and we offer new customers certain discount for the first order.
